This is about your journey and your impact. We're inviting a Senior Process Engineer—with a strong background in Clean Water or Wastewater treatment—to join our growing, collaborative teams in Leeds.

We’re looking for you to:

  • Lead the Design: Provide process design leadership across diverse, multi-client projects, challenging conventional thinking and driving sustainable outcomes.

  • Grow Your Expertise: Utilise your experience across the full design life cycle: process modelling, mass balances, P&IDs, control philosophies, and troubleshooting.

  • Shape the Future: Actively contribute to our teams' digital delivery strategy, leveraging technology to provide superior client solutions.

  • Mentor and Inspire: Step into a mentorship role, guiding the next generation of Process Engineers and helping them become leaders in their field.

Why Stantec? It's About Your Future.

We understand that a new role must offer more than a competitive salary—it must accelerate your career and offer genuine growth.

You'll tap into Stantec’s global network of experts, exposing you to an incredible variety of projects, clients, and technical frameworks. This is a direct pathway to rapid skill expansion and true technical leadership. We commit to your advancement with industry-leading training, development, and paid professional subscriptions to ensure your continuous journey toward excellence and defined career progression. Mentorship isn't just a requirement; it's a two‑way street for growth.

Furthermore, you'll join an award‑winning culture: we were named International Consulting Firm of the Year and a Best Place to Work (NCE Awards 2024). We support your work‑life balance with flexible working arrangements, a competitive salary, free private medical insurance, and generous paid holidays.
