Senior People Change Partner

Salary: C circa £70,000

Location: Norwich, York, or Bristol

Fixed Term Contract: 6‑9 Months

A bit about the job

You’ll join our central People Change team — a collaborative, fast‑moving group that supports strategic change across Aviva.


Every day, you’ll lead meaningful people‑focused change, from organisational design and restructuring to cultural shifts, TUPE and M&A activity.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and HR teams to design and deliver end‑to‑end change that lands well and lasts.

Your work will shape how our people experience change, helping our organisation move forward with confidence.
