About the Job

The Nourish Partnership Programme (NPP) helps care providers navigate the complex digital ecosystem and select the right integrated solutions to enhance the impact of Nourish’s core platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, NPP ensures customers make informed choices that deliver real value.

We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to champion this mission—someone who combines consultative expertise with commercial awareness. This role is about building trust, guiding customers, and supporting strategic partnerships, not chasing quick wins or high commissions.

What You’ll Do
  • Advise and Enable: Be the go‑to expert for integration partners and care providers, sharing insights and guiding decisions.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Manage a modest quota focused on quality, long‑term partnerships—not high‑volume sales.
  • Forecast and Track: Maintain accurate pipelines, ROI trackers, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Engage and Educate: Conduct outreach to raise awareness of partner solutions, demo products, and attend sector events.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with NPP colleagues and cross‑functional teams (product, tech, marketing, revenue) to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Champion NPP: Represent the programme online and in person, maintaining credibility and sector expertise.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success working in the health or social care sector, preferably in a partnerships or sales role (3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of the care sector’s digital landscape.
  • Consultative mindset—focused on trust and strategic outcomes over quick wins.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing admin‑heavy tasks.
  • Technical curiosity—keen to learn about integrations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
