Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting and maintaining ICT systems, ideally in an educational environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior (3rd line) technical support for escalated IT issues.
• Install, configure and maintain ICT hardware, software and systems.
• Support and maintain network and security systems.
• Lead or support trust-wide IT projects and system improvements.
• Contribute to the implementation of the Trust’s ICT strategy.
• Mentor and support IT Technicians.
