As Lead IT Service Manager you will be at the forefront of leading the core Assistive Technology & Projects (AT&P) service in DWP. This role has a specific focus in accessibility software, hardware, security, and new products to enhance workplace or service centre capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of these core services, while leading a team and providing strategic leadership and coaching.
This is a leadership role where you will act as an escalation point for critical issues, be responsible for driving service excellence across your portfolio, and contribute to defining and designing assistive technology support models.

Hybrid Working: Some time working from home, some time face-to-face in the hub
Pay: Up to £57,946 per year
Pension: Civil service pension with 28.97% employer contributions worth up to £16,787 a year
Holidays: Generous leave package starting at 26 days, rising to 31 days over time; up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time; plus all public holidays
