Qualifications

• 4-5 years' experience in a similar senior IT or networking role.
• Strong expertise in Cisco networking, TCP/IP, firewalls, and IT security.
• Full UK Driving License Required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable network solutions.
• Lead network projects, upgrades, and new installations.
• Provide advanced remote and on-site technical support.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise network performance.
• Ensure security best practices, backups, and system monitoring are in place.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Support, mentor, and guide junior engineers.
• Work collaboratively with management and other teams.
