Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including Management Zones and Alert Profiles.
• Strong experience monitoring containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker).
• Understanding of PII masking and GDPR/regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of the Dynatrace platform across Hybrid Cloud and On-Premise.
• Design complex synthetic transaction tests to support application teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert during critical incidents.
