• Senior indirect procurement leadership experience with deep expertise across Marketing, Tech and/or central services.
• Proven track record delivering significant value and leading complex negotiations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with knowledge of procurement best practices and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the indirect procurement strategy aligned with THG's business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement processes, tools and capabilities.
• Own and manage Marketing procurement and lead technology procurement.
