A leading software company in the City of London seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to engage with customers post-sales. The role involves leading projects, developing software solutions using the low-code Appian platform, and mentoring junior consultants. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, strong SQL skills, and a background in technical consulting. This position requires in-office attendance 5 days a week to support collaboration.

This Senior Technical Consultant will be part of the Customer Success team, engaging with our customers post‑sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform. These applications help companies drive digital transformation and competitive differentiation. The primary responsibility is to help lead projects throughout the entire project life‑cycle to define, design, develop, and implement custom software solutions using Appian’s low‑code platform for our commercial clients. Work within an agile environment to understand clients’ business processes and technical needs, launch new relational data models in production, develop APIs to integrate with multiple systems, and lead/mentor consultants through fast‑paced software implementations.
This role is based at our European HQ in London. Employees hired for this position are expected to be in the office 5 days a week to foster collaboration and ensure we continue to thrive through shared ideas and teamwork.
