Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in a secondary care environment as a Registered Nurse.

• Significant governance experience in a senior capacity.
• Strong digital capability and openness to AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert governance support to Registered Managers across multiple sites.
• Lead implementation of Hospital Quality Review programme and audits.
• Coordinate internal audits and represent on Bupa's Group Hospital Forum.
• Drive digital transformation by embedding new systems.
