Base pay range

We are looking for a consultant to join a leading international provider of fund services based in their Jersey office. You will be supporting complex client structures across global markets - this is a key hire for a senior administrator who can lead a team and oversee a limited but complex portfolio of high-risk fund entities.

You'll be managing your own portfolio of complex cases while also acting as a people leader. The role combines hands-on fund administration with team oversight and process improvement, giving you scope to shape how the department delivers for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration and accounting needs for a portfolio of complex/high-risk clients
  • Oversee risk management processes and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients and attend external meetings where required
  • Lead, support and develop a team of administrators
  • Manage billing and aged debt processes across your team
  • Contribute to departmental projects and operational improvements
  • Act as authorised signatory in line with internal policies

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in fund administration and/or corporate services, ideally in a Jersey-regulated environment
  • Sound knowledge of Jersey Company Law, fund structures, and risk/compliance procedures
  • Confident in client-facing roles and internal stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, solutions-driven approach

Initial 4-month contract. Paying in the region of £60,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Must be open for temporary relocation to Jersey.
