Qualifications

• Possession of a City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 or above in the relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and controls.
• Experience with fault-finding and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide tele-support for complex electro-mechanical issues.
• Coordinate fault correction activities on MHE.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
