Equans is a renowned energy services contractor, part of the Bouygues group, engaging in the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide. Our Carbon Shift consulting business focuses on realisable climate action and net‑zero plans, specializing in heat decarbonisation, regeneration, facilities management, project delivery, EVs, smart buildings, renewables, and broader climate adaptation and resilience solutions.
This role will involve leading and supporting the delivery of engineering design projects throughout all RIBA stages. Most projects are large or mid‑scale renewable‑energy infrastructure, including Solar PV, Solar Canopies, Battery Storage, EV Charging Points and Heat Networks. You will manage all aspects of project execution: from planning and mobilisation to client engagement and financial performance.
