What we’re looking for

A Senior Designer will work within our creative team to deliver extraordinary design by imagining unique answers to creative problems, developing striking and compelling designs, thinking on their feet to help the creative cause, and inspiring their colleagues. The role is on the consumer side of our business working primarily with FMCG clients, so experience in creating brands and products from strategy to concept through to delivery, and in managing product messages, pack hierarchies and range navigation, is essential.

What you’ll do

• Support Design Directors and fellow Designers in generating innovative creative solutions that support client goals.
• Conduct conceptual exploration and produce alternative design solutions to ensure no stone is left unturned.
• Evaluate design options, develop and push ideas based on design strategy and the creative brief.
• Develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies and plans.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to showcase a passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging and visual communication.

What you’ll need

• Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency.
• Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills – Photoshop and Illustrator.
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating a recent track record of creative idea generation and development.
• Excellent and current knowledge of creative and design trends and skills.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
