We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team, working across both the Creative and Events departments to deliver visually exceptional, strategically driven work. This role sits at the centre of our creative output — shaping ideas, developing concepts, and bringing brand experiences to life across campaigns, experiential activations, live events, and branded content.

You’ll work across a diverse mix of sectors, including beauty, travel, and FMCG, designing everything from bold campaign concepts to immersive event environments. This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to someone who thrives on creative problem-solving, can switch effortlessly between departments, and can confidently turn ideas into clear, effective visual designs.

  • Develop high-impact design concepts across digital, print, experiential, and event environments.
  • Work from brief to final delivery, producing storyboards, mock-ups, visuals, and production-ready artwork.
  • Collaborate closely with creatives, copywriters, event producers, and strategists to build cohesive, memorable brand experiences.
  • Create visually exciting designs for live experiences, including pop-ups, installations, event branding, and 3D spaces.
  • Translate brand strategy into environments that engage, immerse, and excite audiences.
  • Work with production partners to ensure design intent is carried through to build and execution.
  • Bring a strategic lens to all creative work, connecting design decisions to brand positioning and audience insight.
  • Contribute ideas confidently in creative sessions, helping shape the direction of campaigns and activations.
  • Stay ahead of design, culture, and industry trends to keep ideas fresh and relevant.
  • Balance multiple projects across two departments, managing your time effectively under pressure.
  • Maintain strong communication between the Creative and Events teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Contribute to internal creative reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high craft standards.
  • Produce outstanding design work that pushes our creative output forward and helps win new business.
  • Support pitch development with concepts, moodboards, visual routes, and mock-ups.
  • Champion creativity within the agency, introducing new tools, inspiration, and ways of working.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment between Creative, Events, and Strategy teams.
  • 5+ years’ design experience in a creative, experiential, or integrated agency environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and standout design craft across activations, events, and campaigns.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects or 3D skills are a bonus.
  • Experience designing for both physical event environments and digital/social campaign assets.
  • Ability to interpret strategy, client objectives, and cultural insight into compelling design work.
  • Strong communication skills; confident in presenting work and collaborating across departments.
  • Highly organised, flexible, and comfortable working at pace on multiple projects.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for creativity and craft excellence.
