Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Creative with a passion for sport to join our London team. You’ll generate bold, innovative ideas that excite sports fans across social, digital, and campaign platforms and help bring these ideas to life in client pitches and presentations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop creative campaigns and content concepts focused on sport for social, digital, and longer‑form platforms.
- Collaborate closely with account teams, producers, motion editors, designers, and copywriters to bring ideas from concept to execution.
- Translate briefs into engaging visual and written content that resonates with sports audiences.
- Ensure campaigns are on‑trend, innovative, and platform‑appropriate.
- Work with client teams to understand their strategic priorities and develop content to support those goals.
- Stay ahead of cultural, sport, and fan trends, incorporating them into creative thinking.
- Provide creative input during campaign strategy and planning sessions.
- Review and refine work during production to ensure alignment with the creative vision.
- Support the team in ideating, storyboarding, and visualising concepts.
- Play an active role in client pitches, generating ideas, preparing visual examples, and presenting concepts confidently.
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years’ experience in a creative role, ideally in sport, entertainment, or agency environments.
- Confident client‑facing and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, working across a range of internal and client teams.
- Excellent understanding of digital and social trends in sport, and how to translate them creatively.
- Exceptional ideation, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and deadlines.
- Proven experience working on pitches and enjoying the process of ideation and presentation.
- Passion for sport and staying ahead of cultural, social, and fan trends.
