Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UK tax regulations impacting large businesses.
• Experience with corporation tax, deferred tax, and accounts tax notes.
• Knowledge of other taxes (VAT, Customs Duty) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage UK compliance cycles for large corporates and international groups.
• Advise on complex tax issues including Corporate Interest Restriction.
• Mentor and lead junior team members.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate risks.

Skills

Corporate tax technical knowledge

Practical knowledge of UK tax regulations

Strong experience in year-end tax reporting

Strong IT skills including MS Office

Education

ACA, ACCA, CIOT qualified or equivalent
