A prominent insurance company in the UK is seeking a Senior Account Handler to support a designated client portfolio by acting as the first point of contact and nurturing strong relationships. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in the insurance sector, along with effective time management and the ability to cross sell insurance products. Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service as relationship‑building with our clients will be the key to your success.
In this role you will be working on a protected book of high‑net‑worth clients. As a Senior Account Handler you will provide support to colleagues along with the Team Leader and provide training to the team where required.
