Qualifications

• Experience in Civils Construction, from design to installation.
• 1 or 2 years of experience in project planning.
• Experience managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning management and support to contract operations.
• Coordinate construction planning aspects of projects.
• Produce and manage the construction programme.
• Incorporate change events into the construction programme.
• Track design deliverables and update procurement schedules.
• Proactive use of QSRA for managing risk.
• Mentor junior planners.

Skills

Proficiency in Primavera P6

Understanding of 3D BIM models

Knowledge of NEC contracts

Change management expertise

Earned Value Management (EVM)

Construction sequence knowledge

Familiarity with EPC projects
