A leading children's care provider is seeking a Senior Childrens Residential Care Worker to support young individuals with their educational and emotional needs while engaging in activities. This full-time role requires a minimum of 12 months experience in residential care, a Level 3 Diploma, and a full UK driving license. Location: Villa Farm - Shifnal
Compensation: £34,084 - £37,509 per year (including 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £12.95 to £14.60 per hour depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month. Shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins. Rotas are given in advance. We operate a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
