My client are an independent Construction Consultancy, with over 40 years' of expertise in the industry and a strong team of 22, mixed between Building Surveyors and Architectural Technologists.

This is an opportunity for a self‑sufficient Building Surveyor, who is hungry for progression and has key management skills or ability.

Role And Responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will carry out a range of service lines, with a focus being contract administration and specification writing for a wide variety of projects, mainly within the commercial property space, with clients such as the Royal Mail.

As the Building Surveyor, you will join a collaborative team where you can progress into partnership as part of a succession plan.
