Qualifications

  • Ability to independently undertake structural analysis, calculations and detailed design.
  • Confident in applying DMRB, Eurocodes and/or relevant British Standards.
  • Experience producing AIPs, assessment reports, design statements, specifications, BoQs or PCI packs.
  • Understanding of CDM Regulations and experience applying them on projects.
  • Proficient with industry standard structural analysis software.
  • HNC/HND/BEng/BSc/MEng or equivalent.
  • Working toward IEng/CEng or recently achieved.
  • Experience mentoring engineers or supervising small teams.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems.
  • Experience in inspections or asset management planning.
  • Awareness of temporary works and complex structural assessments.
