A leading law firm in Bristol is looking for an experienced lawyer with approximately 5 years PQE to join their General Liability team. The role involves managing personal injury claims and participating in business development initiatives. Candidates should have a solid grasp of legal procedures and be committed to providing exceptional client service within a supportive team culture. Flexible working arrangements are promoted.
The General Liability Insurance team spans London and Bristol and islinked with the Medical and Life Sciences team. The team is part ofthe firm's Insurance Group and has a well-established client base,acting for a number of market leading liability insurers in theprovision of their employers, public and products liability servicesto insured businesses.
The role
Our General Liability team is seeking a lawyer (circa 5 years PQE +)to join the team in Bristol. The role will predominantly be dealingwith personal injury claims, with the opportunity to become involvedin associated regulatory matters such as health and safetyinvestigations/prosecutions and inquests. There is also theopportunity to deal with the regulation of products.
The work will be very varied, interesting and challenging and whereyou show you can run the cases successfully, you will be givenautonomy to make your own mark on the files. You will also have theopportunity to get involved with business development and clientinitiatives, where appropriate.
