Job description
Overview

Got The T-Shirt Co-Founder | Marketing Recruitment and Growth Consultant | Trustee — Leeds city centre (c. 20 mins’ walk from the station). 4 days in office.

The Agency is an ideas-led partner that delivers culturally charged, commercially driven work across fashion, sport, lifestyle and beyond. They act as embedded brand allies, delivering with pace, purpose and impact across every touchpoint.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll build and nurture client relationships, inspire confidence through insight and expertise, and ensure projects land with excellence, impact and commercial rigour. You’ll take ownership of briefs across campaign, brand and retail activation, translating hero ideas into toolkits and assets that resonate across windows, POS, fixtures and VM — multi-market, multi-format, on time and on budget. A natural relationship builder, you’ll mentor junior team members, collaborate closely with Strategy and Creative, and spot opportunities for growth across your portfolio.

What you’ll do
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships — trusted partner, clear communicator, delivery lead.
  • Manage projects end-to-end — from scoping and briefing to approvals, localisation, and asset delivery.
  • Write sharp briefs and crystal-clear debriefs, ensuring teams have everything they need to deliver.
  • Turn insights into strategies, decks and narratives that land with clients and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Creative to craft standout work that drives cultural relevance and sales.
  • Keep projects on track financially — estimates, forecasting, profitability and reporting.
  • Support, coach and motivate junior team members to deliver with confidence and pace.
  • Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent categories.
  • Lead meetings and presentations with clarity, purpose and follow-up.
  • Uphold agency processes — status reports, reconciliation, RAID discipline and clear communication.
You’ll bring
  • ~4+ years’ experience in an agency or brand-side role, with solid fashion/apparel or lifestyle retail experience (beyond pure FMCG shopper).
  • Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns spanning brand comms and in-store activation.
  • Commercial instinct — confident with scopes, KPIs, targets and financial reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable with clients at all levels.
  • Creative acuity — able to elevate ideas and give clear, constructive feedback.
  • Detail + pace — balancing speed and precision in delivery.
What you’re brilliant at
  • Clarity — translates complex ideas simply and persuasively.
  • Commercial thinking — protects margin and drives growth.
  • Cultural insight — keeps brands relevant in and around retail.
  • Relationship-building — from C-suite to studio and store teams.
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Dedicated learning & development
  • Kitchen treats + a genuinely collaborative studio vibe
