PAY RATE:

£17.09 per hour

HOURS:

42 hours within Shift Pattern Days, Nights and Weekends

THE ROLE:

A fantastic Opportunity has arisen within Amulet for a Security Team Leader to join our successful team in the Glasgow area.
You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

You will ensure the safety and security of people, premises and property. The post holder will be responsible for leading the day-to-day security requirements of a prestigious corporate site, with an impeccable image and very high standards of professionalism, training and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and supervise the security team both within the Head Office and the wider Client estate on a daily basis.
  • Ensure each team member has an individual training plan with specific training needs analysis conducted.
  • Create new procedural documents as required all duties are captured and all policies adhered to.
  • On-site Threat Assessors.
  • Lead both internal and external teams to resolution.
  • Responsible for producing the departments shift patterns, thus ensuring that trained, and a knowledgeable cover is provided at all times.
  • Investigating and reporting issues
  • Lead and supervise the security team on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that all relevant onsite training has been completed, especially regarding the completion of incident reports and site documentation.
  • Ensure that all patrol activity is carried out in accordance with the assignments.
  • Deliver training to the on site team on Client SOP’s.
  • Ensure accurate reports are created for daily, weekly, monthly meetings.

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • SIA Badge DS required.
  • SIA Badge CCTV preferred, not essential.
  • Full UK drivers’ licence.
INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:
  • Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment and address history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).
