A mental health charity in Birmingham is looking for a Security Receptionist/Officer to join their team. Responsibilities include maintaining security systems, managing access for staff and visitors, responding to emergencies, and supporting female patients in care. Hours: 37.5 hours contract – shift cover 24/7

St Andrew’s Birmingham is a 118 bedded adult mental healthcare facility comprises of eight units that cover medium and low security for both Men and Women. Located in Stirchley, a vibrant area in South Birmingham, easily accessible by road networks and public transport.
As a key member of the St. Andrew’s security team your key responsibilities will be maintaining security systems and records. Duties will include key management, processing staff and visitors, managing and responding to all emergency incidents including fire and intruder alarms. Internal and external patrols of the site.This role will have specific responsibility for supporting the female patients in our care.
