A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Teacher of Science to join our dynamic department. The Science Department at Outwood Academy Hindley is a large and thriving department, where our team of specialist teachers deliver high quality lessons in specialist labs all contained within a purpose-built building and supported by our highly experienced team of technicians. The science curriculum is exceptionally well resourced with access to the most up to date classroom technologies to support teaching and learning.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of Science who has high aspirations for our students. You will have good subject knowledge, a passion for Science, and a desire for students to love Science as much as we do. As a member of the Outwood Family you will share our vision of ‘Students First’ and be able to work collaboratively with our network of outstanding heads of subject and senior leaders. You will also be supported on your journey by our Directors of Science. You will contribute to a culture of success and a positive climate for learning within a purpose-built laboratory environment.
