Role

Role – SAP Principal Consultant – SME Role

Technology – SAP O2C/ICO

Location – London, UK

Compensation – Competitive (including bonus)

Role and responsibilities

• Being a Subject Matter expert, you required to have in-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash and Intercompany business processes.
• In depth knowledge of SAP Configurations in Order to cash and intercompany areas
• Good understanding of integration with other modules like FI/ CO/ IM/WM/ MM/ GTS etc.
• Understand the business scenarios and work closely with business power users to map the scenarios in SAP, design the solutions and also suggest the improvements in the existing processes.
• Required to guide / mentor the team for requirement gathering from business and design of the solution.
• Interact with business users and client stakeholders for project execution and overall deliverables.
• To deal with stake holders and establish yourself as reliable person and win customer confidence.
• Responsible for preparation of proposals and effort estimations for new RFPs / RFIs.
• Required to work as Project Lead and report client on progress / issues etc.

Required skill and experience

• Should have at least 3 to 4 end to end implementation projects and at least one where performed as O2C / ICO SME role preferably at client location.
• Must have in-depth knowledge in SAP and Process wise in Order to Cash and Intercompany areas.
• Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.
• Good understanding of integration with other modules like FI/ CO/ IM/WM/ MM/ GTS etc.
• Good Understanding of integration of non-ECC system like 3PLs, Govt. Authorities websites AFI, SEFAS, etc. Also good knowledge of ALE/ EDI/ e-Commerce.
• Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any change / incident management tool.
• Experience working in a regulated industry (i.e. GMP/ SOX) and delivering within that environment
• Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document like TS/ FS, config. Docs.
• Handled post go live critical issue resolving till stabilization.
• Basic understanding of custom code along with basic debugging skills.
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA simplifications in SD and Logistic area will be an added advantage.
