Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, maintain cleanliness, and uphold service quality.
  • Recommending personalized treatments, and ensuring top-tier service in a clean and welcoming atmosphere
  • Responsible for monitoring the Administrative , Operational and Technical aspects & smooth functioning of the centre as a whole with emphasis on the Spa and Beauty Sections in the Centres in order to ensure the optimum capacity utilization and quality
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, handling complaints, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Drive sales and revenue through promotions, upselling services/products, and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies by tracking stock levels, placing timely orders, and managing vendor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, resolving conflicts, and motivating staff for better performance.
Qualifications
