Sales Team Leader

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 plus £6k OTE

Bonus: Annual Bonus Based on both company and individual performance

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (35 hours per week)

Contract: Full-time, permanent
Holiday: 27 days per annum + bank holidays

iRock School of Music is a nationally recognised, award-winning organisation bringing rock and pop music into primary schools across the UK. In this role, you’ll support the Sales Manager by leading a telesales team, coaching and inspiring them whilst managing targets. If you're results-focused, love developing others, and thrive in a high-paced, purpose-led environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Manager in leading, motivating, and developing a growing telesales team.
  • Take ownership of team performance, ensuring the team collectively meets and exceeds agreed sales and conversion targets.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, 1-to-1s and daily support to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive, engaging sales environment built on trust, accountability, and results.
  • Track and report on individual and team KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Help onboard and train new team members, ensuring knowledge of our sales process and education sector.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional goals.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to raise iRock’s profile and generate new leads.
  • Set and monitor the team’s weekly objectives around behaviour, performance, and accountability. Driving high standards within the team and maintaining those standards yourself.
