Job summary

A dynamic automotive sales company in Fradley is seeking a full-time Sales Support Associate to join their growing Group Sales team. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate vehicle demonstrations, develop sales proposals, and liaise with finance. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role within the automotive sector is desirable.
  • Familiarity with OEM processes and tools (Renault Trucks, Isuzu Trucks) advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage vehicle demonstrations for customers.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate Repair & Maintenance pricing.
  • Conduct credit checks to ensure compliance.
  • Act as the point of contact between the sales team and finance.
  • Support the preparation and submission of tenders.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Utilise manufacturer pricing tools for competitive quotations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

This exciting full-time position offers the opportunity to join the fast‑paced, dynamic and growing Group Sales team. This is a hands‑on role and playing a key part in supporting the Group Sales team in delivering sales across the Allports Group product portfolio, including LCV, MHD Trucks, and Deker Trailers. This position requires close collaboration with key OEM partners (Renault Trucks and Isuzu Trucks) and direct interaction with customers to ensure a seamless sales process.

What you will be doing:
  • Demo Management: Coordinate and manage vehicle demonstrations for customers and prospects.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals aligned with customer requirements.
  • R&M Pricing: Develop and maintain accurate Repair & Maintenance pricing for customer quotations.
  • Credit Safe Checks: Conduct credit checks to ensure compliance with company risk policies.
  • Finance Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the sales team and finance partners to facilitate funding solutions.
  • Tender Creation & Submission: Support the preparation and timely submission of tenders for fleet and contract opportunities.
  • CRM Support (Pipedrive): Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system to track opportunities and customer interactions.
  • OEM Pricing Tools: Utilise manufacturer pricing tools to generate competitive quotations.
  • Customer Liaison: Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a key point of contact for queries and updates throughout the sales process.
What you will bring:
