Job Description Summary

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our newly established Cardiology Sales Team, focused on expanding our presence in the UK & Ireland cardiovascular market. This team will be instrumental in accelerating and driving adoption of our portfolio of products used in Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) procedures.

As a member of this pioneering team, you will engage with leading cardiology centres across NHS and private healthcare settings. You will build strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders to deliver clinical and commercial value. In addition to sales activities, you will provide in‑theatre case support, ensuring optimal product usage and patient outcomes.

Territory: M3 Corridor and South West UK.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute the sales strategy to achieve territory objectives and support business unit goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: identify customer needs, present solutions, conduct trials, negotiate contracts, and close opportunities.
  • Represent the company at national and international congresses and industry events.
  • Provide in‑field support, training, and education to physicians and clinical teams.
  • Collaborate with local and EU Marketing Managers on training and coaching initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and drive market penetration.
  • Engage key opinion leaders to support clinical advancements and improved patient outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM usage to support territory management.
  • Lead tender and contract processes to secure new business and maintain existing accounts.
About You
  • Degree‑level education preferred.
  • Proven track record in medical device sales.
  • Experience in or exposure to cardiology procedures is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to build effective customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Self‑motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.

The successful applicant must be prepared to travel up to 80% of their time within the territory. Occasional overnight stays may be required.

Salary range for the role: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus + benefits.
