A retail company in the City of London is looking for a full-time Sales & Service Lead. In this role, you will elevate the guest experience, oversee sales associates, and drive operational success. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in a sales environment and excellent communication skills. The position requires 32-40 hours per week with flexibility for opening, closing, and weekend shifts.

Role Objective The Sales & Service Lead is integral to elevating the guest experience at ALO Yoga. They will ensure we deliver our targets for engagement, guest education and interaction, create a service-led environment on the sales floor, and ultimately create a sanctuary that sets ALO apart from other retailers.

The Sales & Service Lead is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week fulfilling the job description as stated above. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, all full-time employees should be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts, which may be subject to change. All employees are expected to be able to work during the Black Friday period through the end of the holiday season, first week of January.
