Overview

GHA Technologies, Inc. is a leading employee‑owned value‑added reseller and technology solutions provider. We sell the latest AI, Green Data Center, Virtualization, Cloud, Security, and other enterprise solutions from leading vendors. Our client base includes corporate, government, and education institutions across the United States.


Compensation & Benefits


  • Immediate Fast Start Bonus: $10,000 per month for 12 months, totaling $120,000 first year

  • New commercial account bonus: $2,500 First Week Training Pay for the first five training days, $500 per virtual appointment bonus with food (no limit)

  • Quarterly incentives: Up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment

  • Profit‑margin bonuses: 200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped, 40–59% of the profit margin thereafter

  • Client credits: Up to $10,000 new client account credits, up to $5,000 new account donation credits, up to $400 of gift cards for business building activities

  • Employees receive stock shares every year (ESOP) in addition to industry‑leading commissions and bonuses

  • W‑2 Employment, Medical, Dental, HSA Benefits, 401(k) Retirement Plan, and GHA company stock ownership

  • Sell and promote a broad portfolio of AI and enterprise technologies (Nvidia, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Lenovo, AMD, etc.)

  • Acquire new commercial accounts with a minimum size of 250 employees and achieve sales quotas

  • Conduct virtual and onsite appointments, ensuring qualified leads and conversions

  • Leverage the company’s online e‑commerce distribution network for just‑in‑time delivery and order fulfillment

  • Maintain personal portal and special pricing for clients, managing relationships across 3,500+ manufacturers
