The Netherfield is expanding! We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead the commercial growth of our spirits portfolio. From our unique whiskies to our upcoming vodka launch and future product innovations, you will be the driving force behind our success.

The Mission:
  • Grow the Footprint: Secure and manage new listings across on-trade and off-trade channels.
  • Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with the Founders and the Operations Manager to shape the commercial roadmap for all brands.
  • Brand Experience: Lead tastings and represent the brand at festivals and major trade shows.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent our portfolio through passion and product expertise to close key deals.
Who You Are:
  • Spirits Expert: 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the spirits industry.
  • Engaging Storyteller: Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading tastings and engaging with audiences at events.
  • Connected: You bring a strong network of contacts among distributors and key trade partners.
