Responsibilities
  • Lead your Sales Team, igniting motivation and providing expert coaching to ensure targets and goals are achieved.
  • Ensure your sales team delivers and maintains a high level of customer service, achieving top CSI scores for the dealership.
  • Implement compliance in regards to manufacturer standards and obligations to the customer, ensuring trust and integrity.
  • Meet the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to customers, adhering to FCA regulations.
  • Ensure the dealership is well presented, and the stock is well managed, leaving a lasting impression on all who visit.
