A leading construction products company in Ipswich is seeking a full-time Sales and Logistics Team Leader to oversee day-to-day activities, coordination of deliveries, and customer relations. The role requires intermediate Microsoft Office skills, team leadership experience, and knowledge in sales order processing. The position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a company pension.
Place of work: Ipswich – hybrid options available after probation
Salary: £32,000-£36,000 salary based on experience

The Sales and Logistics Team works closely with Axter’s technical sales team and builds good relations with the company’s customer accounts (Axter approved installers), processing their orders of Axter materials with our UK stockholding partner and third‑party products with our partner suppliers. The team coordinates deliveries of these sales orders to Axter roof waterproofing projects across the UK, providing clear and timely communications to customers in accordance with our customer service objectives.
The Sales and Logistics Team Leader role monitors the day‑to‑day activities of the team, ensuring individual and team objectives are achieved and all stakeholders’ needs are met at the highest level. The role reports to the Sales and Logistics Manager.
