Reporting to the Sales Manager, as one of our valued Sales Executives, your role is primarily to provide the day-to-day sales function on our developments and to be the primary Allison Homes contact for customers.
The main purpose of the role is to provide a professional service to all our customers with the aim of achieving sale and financial targets on allocated developments. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to build a professional rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements. These should encompass listening and questioning abilities, empathy, product demonstration, and closing techniques
You will have responsibility for delivering the customer journey in accordance with Allison Homes’ standards, procedures, and targets.
Sales experience in New Homes is preferrable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Achieve new homes sales targets through effective customer engagement, closing techniques, and results-driven selling.
Manage all customer enquiries promptly and professionally via visits, phone calls, and emails, acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales journey.
Maintain accurate administration, including COINS database updates, GDPR‑compliant paperwork, site plans, price lists, and sales literature.
Liaise with customers, solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to support smooth sales progression and construction updates.
Maintain high presentation standards for show homes, marketing suites, and off‑site signage, contributing to marketing and PR initiatives where required.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to support sales performance.
Comply with Health & Safety standards, manage an electronic diary effectively, and demonstrate excellent time‑keeping while acting in line with customer needs and company reputation.

Proven customer service and sales experience with a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, use initiative, and perform under pressure.
Confident IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, with a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business travel.
