Overview

We Build Recruitment is looking to hire an Internal Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a leading Plant Hire and Building Materials supplier based in Greater Manchester. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and driving sales. You will manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively make outbound calls to secure new business.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Develop a strong understanding of plant hire equipment and services to effectively advise and upsell to customers.
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales or customer service experience within the Building Supplies and Landscaping products sectors is essential.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook and CRM databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
