Responsibilities
- Lead the CRM strategy for the Monday CRM, working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Tech teams to reach sales targets.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle - identifying new prospects, running discovery calls, presenting demos, and closing deals - ensuring a smooth, successful experience for clients.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, expand the CRM pipeline, and grow new business.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell CRM solutions within the existing customer base, creating additional value and increasing revenue.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, CRM trends, and the competitive landscape to better position Monday CRM.
- Act as the main point of contact for all CRM-related questions within the sales team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly CRM pipeline value generated
- Monthly CRM Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) closed
- At least 6 partner-sourced enterprise deals per quarter
Essential at least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
2+ years of experience selling CRM SaaS solutions
Experience in both new business acquisition and cross-selling/expansion
Strong presentation and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build trust with senior executives
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently to achieve goals
Good knowledge of the CRM industry, sales techniques, and market trends
