Location: Worthing
Salary: £30,000 OTE.
Brand: Leaders
Hours: Mon - Fri: 08:45 - 17:30, Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 - 13:00

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Do you have a solid Estate Agency background? Are you motivated, enthusiastic and career driven? If the answer is yes, this position could offer you a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading Property Company and further your Estate Agency career.

Duties will include
  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities
  • Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking
  • Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close
Skills required
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Tenacity and be a self‑starter with the drive to succeed.
