Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Sales Associate to join PAIGE working in our Harrods - Menswear Team. You will have availability across the full week, including weekdays and weekends. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer needs, building and maintaining customer relationships and focusing on new sales opportunities, in a premium and fast-paced environment. Our sales team use strong selling skills to assist clients with all purchases, be an effective brand ambassador, build rapport with existing customers, and provide outstanding service in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and interacting with customers in a warm and courteous manner
• Engaging every client to maximize client satisfaction and positively impact sales and service
• Utilising exemplary selling skills to identify customer needs and close sales
• Stock management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment
• Driving sell throughs on slow sellers
• Resolve or escalate all customer issues
• Creation of a detailed review of the business and product at the end of each season, including competitor awareness of product and sale periods
• Building key relationships with store managers and teams (as appropriate)
• Support events and store pop ups with an understanding of sales targets/plans

Required Qualifications / Primary Job Requirements

• Previous retail experience or relevant customer related experience (e.g., hospitality); denim experience and department store experience preferred
• Excellent fashion & retail operations knowledge
• Proven track record in achieving sales results
• Availability to work retail business hours including late shifts, weekends and bank holidays
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks
• Ability to work with a diverse client base
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and willingness to adapt
