Retail Sales Assistant - Hartlepool

What do we need from you?

• Fun personality who is great at interacting with pets and people.
• Enjoy the challenges of a fast‑paced retail workplace.
• Ideally, you will have experience in a similar customer‑facing environment and have a hands‑on approach.
• Must offer the highest levels of customer service and be an ambassador for the Jollyes brand, sharing our values: Genuine, Wise, Focused, Eager, Together.
• High level of flexibility required – opening hours include evenings and weekends. Must be flexible to cover any shifts over 7 days.
• Part‑time, permanent position – 16 hours per week.
