Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (44 hours per week)

Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join a well-established merchant team as a Sales Assistant. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and providing essential administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and enquiries.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and manage account-related queries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
