Employment type: Permanent / Full-time, Thursday - Monday 11am - 5pm

Do you have what it takes to help customers find their dream home? We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Sales Advisor to join our growing team, based at our prestigious Inchmarlo development in Banchory and supporting other Kirkwood Homes sites across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

Our Sales Advisors are at the heart of everything we do at Kirkwood, playing an integral role in maintaining a strong relationship with buyers. To succeed in this position, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including great verbal and written communication, whilst also bringing a self-driven, positive attitude to the company.

What you’ll be expected to do
  • Develop extensive knowledge of the Kirkwood product and your development
  • Maintain excellent rapport with customers, whilst gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs and requirements
  • Showcase effective sales techniques by illustrating efficient follow-up skills and closing sales
  • Achieve sales targets in line with business objectives
  • Ensure positive and memorable experiences are delivered to customers at all times
What you should have
  • New‑build homes sales experience
  • A passion for outstanding customer service, with experience in building strong customer relationships
  • Motivation to achieve personal and company targets
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments
