A pioneering healthcare AI company in Greater London is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive SaaS sales in clinical departments. You'll manage the entire sales cycle while building relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring they adopt AI-powered clinical knowledge effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with a proven track record of closing multiple deals quickly. This is a unique opportunity to influence how healthcare works, driving real change on the front lines.
Accessing medical knowledge rapidly and easily at the point of care is still very difficult for healthcare professionals. Eolas Medical is transforming how critical medical knowledge is accessed at the point of care.
We have a vision that the future of healthcare ensures that the world’s medical knowledge is queried, seamlessly in real time, for every clinical decision ever made for a patient. We’re building and deploying the brain of an AI doctor.
Designed and developed by doctors, the platform aggregates and indexes tens of thousands of items of medical content, enabling rapid and accurate decision-making. It’s currently being used by hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals globally, over 85% of acute NHS hospitals, 40% of all doctors in Ireland and also used in world leading institutions in the US including Stanford Healthcare, Mass General and Boston Children’s Hospital.
We’ve just closed a $12million Series A fundraise and we’re now hiring our first dedicated Customer Success and Implementation Lead to help healthcare teams and systems onboard content and users to ensure healthcare professionals have no unanswered questions when treating patients in their organisation.
If you are an experienced Sales Account Executive who loves getting close to the users to ensure problems are solved and targets are hit, this is one of those rare roles where your decisions will literally influence how doctors treat patients every day.
Hospitals are made up of dozens of individual departments, each with their own budgets, decision makers, and needs.
Rather than slow, top down enterprise sales, Eolas is focused on high velocity, departmental level SaaS sales, sold directly to clinical departments.
There are approximately 2 million hospital departments globally. Our goal is to establish Eolas as the default clinical knowledge platform across this entire ecosystem.
This role is ideal for an experienced SaaS Account Executive who has successfully closed high volumes of deals and wants to apply that skillset in a meaningful, fast growing AI healthcare company.
As an Account Executive at Eolas, you will own the full sales cycle and be responsible for consistently closing departmental SaaS deals.
This is a hands-on role requiring speed, discipline, and strong deal management. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team and play a key role in shaping Eolas’s go to market approach, sales playbook, and scalable processes.
You will not be handing deals off. You will not be measured on meetings booked. You will be measured on revenue closed.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
You enjoy running a fast paced pipeline, closing deals frequently, and seeing the direct impact of your work. You are commercially sharp, process minded, and motivated by building something from an early stage. You want more than just hitting quota, you want to help build how sales works in a company with real impact.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
How to Apply - If you’re excited by the challenge of scaling complex implementations, enjoy working directly with customers, and want to build something that truly matters in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you, please apply directly here on our website.
This is not a normal Sales role.
You will help define how AI is safely used in front line healthcare and actually get it there. You will work with a small team of clinicians and engineers who care deeply about both product quality and patient outcomes. You will join at the moment we move from a lean, scrappy team of seven to a scaled organisation with real resources behind it.
You will be the person who shapes how Eolas Medical builds the Sales function for years to come.
