About Us

Oulton Medical Centre is a friendly, forward-thinking, two-site GP practice serving a diverse and supportive community in LS26. We are a recognised GP training practice, offering excellent opportunities for teaching, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

We care for a population of 15,200 patients and are supported by a strong multidisciplinary team, including 7 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, an experienced nursing team (with nurse prescribers, an ANP, and HCAs), and full administrative support.

Through our Primary Care Network (PCN), we also benefit from the expertise of Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioners, a Drug & Alcohol Counsellor, and Social Prescribers.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our team for 4–5 sessions per week.

You will work alongside a highly experienced and supportive group of GPs and clinicians, contributing to our commitment to excellent patient care and continued innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, evidence-based clinical care
• Consulting, investigating, diagnosing and managing a wide range of conditions, with appropriate referrals to secondary care as required.
• Participating in clinical meetings and contributing to quality improvement
• Supporting the delivery of safe, effective, patient-centred care
