Job summary

A growing group of aparthotels is seeking a Room Attendant for their Leeds City West site. This role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards, working closely with the Head Housekeeper, and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in a hotel is desirable but not essential. Benefits include a bike to work scheme. This is a zero hour contract requiring weekend availability.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Room Attendant to join our amazing housekeeping team at our Roomzzz Leed City West site, just a stones throw from the city centre!

Roomzzz are stylish, spacious, city centre apartments, offering more freedom than a conventional hotel to discerning leisure and business travellers.

Combining the comfort of a hotel with the convenience of a serviced apartment, our aim is simple: to give guests more space, more freedom, more of the things they want and less of the things they don’t.

Duties

• Liasie with the Head Housekeeper to ensure all rooms are cleaned in conjunction with guest check in and departures.
• Maintain clean rooms by vacuuming, polishing, providing linen services, dusting, clean to a high standard and perform other duties as advised by the Senior Housekeeping Team.
• Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness, looking after guests needs and maintaining a polite and courteous attitude.
• Replenish linen and guest supplies.
• Reporting any defects such as faults and any areas of concern.

• Passion for cleanliness with a keen eye for detail and high standards.
• A desire to consistently deliver an excellent level of service and improve departmental performance.
• Focus on high standards of your own work and that of the team.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience of working in a hotel or in a similar position would be desirable but not essential!
