Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our Mamas & Papas Trafford Centre store. You will lead a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Store Manager and the broader management team to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience across our in‑store personal shopping, parent‑to‑be events, and product guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to meet sales and service targets.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and management teams to plan and execute store operations.
• Ensure a high‑standard customer experience and maintain store standards.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and cover for Saturdays, Sundays or both as required.

• Experience as a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant.
