Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant - BRISTOL

Salary: £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)

Location: BRISTOL

Hours and shifts: Shifts are between 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Travel may be involved; accommodation provided when required. Access to work via smartphone on the Field Power platform; clock in/out via the RAS Dashboard.

Overview: We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our team. You will work in a variety of retail stores, across different shifts, supporting replenishment and merchandising activities for leading grocery supermarkets. Some travel and vehicle ownership may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms; cleaning fixtures where required.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
• Transporting stock from the warehouse to the shop floor.
• Supporting store replenishment as needed.
• Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores; travel on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Work with a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management; maintain high standards and pace.

Requirements / Skills

• An eye for detail.
• General level of fitness; manual handling and lifting involved.
• Hard-working with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in retail preferred, but training will be provided.
• Problem-solving and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when required; applicants must be 18 years or older.
